Range of Election Results for Proposed Redistricting Plan

See a range of past election results in the congressional districts proposed by Virginia Democrats. VPAP charts the span of partisan performance in each district using data from five recent elections.

Notes: All results include early votes that are reallocated to each precinct. Election results for 2025 include precinct level provisional ballots. For 2024 and 2022 election results, provisional results are estimated based on reported provisional turnout by precinct. Precinct to proposed district relationships were created by VPAP using spatial analysis, and split precincts are apportioned based on what percentage their physical area lies within a district.
