Pre-Session Donations to Legislators in 2026

Under Virginia law, General Assembly members must report donations of $1,000 or more received between January 1 and the start of the legislative session, which was January 14. Legislators are prohibited from receiving donations during the session. See the totals reported from these pre-session donations, and this year’s top donors and recipients.
