VPAP & RUI Civic Health Series - Woodland Hills (Roanoke) 2:30pm

This series is designed to strengthen civic understanding and empower participants to engage meaningfully in governmental processes that shape their communities.

The February class, Personalized Civic Engagement Planning, introduces learners to foundational concepts of civic participation. Participants will explore how informed engagement -- whether through voting, volunteerism, advocacy, or awareness -- contributes to healthy, vibrant communities. This session provides a clear, accessible roadmap for understanding how local and state systems work, equipping residents with the knowledge to stay involved and make meaningful contributions.
