Summary
As Introduced. Department of Medical Assistance Services; oversight of services facilitators; maintained enrollment in medical assistance programs after failure of services facilitator to conduct eligibility determination.
Directs the Department of Medical Assistance Services (the Department) to seek the necessary permission from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to oversee the activities of Medicaid-enrolled services facilitators. The bill directs the Department to amend its regulations to provide that a member shall maintain enrollment in medical assistance ... (More) programs when such enrollment would lapse as a result of failure of a services facilitator to conduct an eligibility determination and such member otherwise meets the requirements for eligibility for medical assistance.
