Summary

As Passed House of Origin. Electric utilities and voting members of regional transmission entities; annual report.

Requires each voting member of a regional transmission entity, as defined in the bill, to submit an annual report to the State Corporation Commission by February 1 of each year. Such report shall include, as appropriate, (i) all recorded votes cast by the voting member at a meeting during the immediately preceding calendar year and (ii) all votes cast by an affiliate of an electric utility at a meeting during the immediately preceding calendar year. The provisions of the bill do not apply to certain electric cooperatives. (Less)
