Summary

As Introduced. Bureau of Insurance; report on data collected from property and casualty insurance providers; report.

Directs the State Corporation Commission's Bureau of Insurance to submit a report to the General Assembly on data collected from companies issuing property and casualty insurance policies in the Commonwealth, including (i) the results of and relevant information from customer satisfaction surveys and (ii) such companies' half-year loss ratios for property and casualty insurance claims. The bill requires the Bureau to submit such report by December 1, 2026. (Less)
