Clarifies that, for the purpose of the provision of courthouse and courtroom security within a sheriff's jurisdiction, a sheriff may provide such security for any courthouse or courtroom that falls within such sheriff's jurisdiction but that may be physically located in a city or county outside of his jurisdiction.-
