Summary

As Introduced. Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act; required disclosures pertaining to a military installation.

Requires the owner of residential real property located in a locality in which any military instillation is located to disclose to a purchaser whether the subject parcel is located in an air or ground noise zone, an accident potential zone, or both. Current law only provides for such disclosure requirement for residential real property located in a locality in which a military air installation is required. (Less)
