Directs the Board of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to adopt regulations requiring certain providers to (i) conduct regular emergency medical drills that prepare employees for situations where individuals receiving services require emergency medical treatment and (ii) train staff to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.-
