As Introduced. Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services; individuals receiving services; right to send and receive mail.

Allows individuals receiving services in a hospital, training center, other facility, or program operated, funded, or licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to send and receive mail in electronic or paper format. Under current law, such individuals are allowed to send and receive sealed letter mail.
