Summary
As Introduced. Nursing homes and certified nursing facilities; required liability insurance coverage.
Provides that regulations of the Board of Health shall require that if a nursing home or certified nursing facility meets its required minimum liability insurance coverage with a claims-made insurance policy, such policy includes an extended reporting period of at least two years.-
