Summary

As Introduced. Green warning lights, vehicles equipped with truck-mounted attenuators.

Authorizes the use of green warning lights on vehicles that are (i) equipped with a truck-mounted attenuator; (ii) used in constructing, maintaining, and repairing highways or utilities on or along public highways; and (iii) equipped with amber warning lights. The bill requires that such lights be used simultaneously with amber warning lights and only when such vehicles are in a highway work zone. (Less)
