Summary
As Introduced. Virginia Housing Trust Fund; loans for the construction of mixed-income housing developments.
Allows the Department of Housing and Community Development to use up to five percent of the moneys from the Virginia Housing Trust Fund to provide lower-interest loans for the construction of mixed-income housing developments or for infrastructure needed for site development and readiness for such housing developments.-
