Directs the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate emergency regulations that allow for prescribing, dispensing, possessing, and using of FDA-approved formulations of psilocybin designed to be administered by a health care professional in a health care setting following rescheduling by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
