As Introduced. Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Victim Fund; additional fee for offenses related to solicitation of minors or taking indecent liberties with children.
Provides that the clerk shall assess a fee of $100 for conviction of any and each charge of soliciting a minor or attempted indecent liberties with a minor.
