Summary

As Introduced. Workers' Compensation; exacerbation of certain disorders incurred by law-enforcement officers and firefighters.

Provides that for the purposes of Workers' Compensation for post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, or depressive disorder incurred by a law-enforcement officer or firefighter, the exacerbation of any such preexisting disorder incurred by a law-enforcement officer or firefighter is also compensable. The bill also amends requirements related to such compensability, which include undergoing a qualifying event. (Less)
