Requires the Board of Veterinary Medicine to amend its applications for licensure and renewal to include a method for applicants to indicate their interest in serving as a veterinarian of record, as that term is defined by the bill. The bill requires the Board to maintain a list of interested applicants that is accessible to representatives of shelters or other animal welfare organizations through its website. (Less)
