Exempts real property burdened by a conservation easement that has an assessed value of less than $100,000 and is held by an accredited land trust from the requirement that such holder must either have had a principal office in the Commonwealth for at least five years or be a national ... (More) organization in existence for at least five years that has an office in the Commonwealth and has registered and is in good standing with the State Corporation Commission. As a result, such a holder not meeting such requirements would not be required to co-hold a conservation easement with another holder that meets such requirements. (Less)-
