As Introduced. Offenses relating to gift cards; penalties.

Creates the offenses of gift card theft, gift card forgery, gift card fraud, and criminally receiving goods and services fraudulently obtained, punishable as either a Class 1 misdemeanor or Class 6 felony depending on the value of all money, goods, services, and anything else of value obtained in violation of the provisions of the bill.
