Summary

As Introduced. Forensic Science Board; Scientific Advisory Committee; members; service after expiration of term.

Provides that a member of the Forensic Science Board and a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee appointed by the Governor shall serve after expiration of his term until his successor is appointed. The bill also removes the requirement that meetings of the Scientific Advisory Committee take place in the City of Richmond. The bill contains technical amendments. (Less)
