As Introduced. Members of the Virginia State Bar; rules and regulations relating to schedule of fees.
Eliminates the annual fee cap that an attorney member of the Virginia State Bar may be required to pay pursuant to any rules and regulations promulgated related to fixing a schedule of fees. Under current law, such cap is $250.-
