Amends the charter for the City of Poquoson to clarify the name, appointment process, and restrictions on membership for the City's school board. The bill establishes a term limit of two consecutive full terms, changes the full term appointment length from three years to four years, alters the composition of the school board from two district members and one at large member to seven at-large members, and prohibits school board appointees from serving on any other city board, committee, or commission.
