Summary

As Passed House of Origin. Public schools; student support services; memoranda of understanding.

Permits any student support agency, as defined in the bill, to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the local school board that governs any public elementary or secondary school through which the agency seeks to provide any student support program, as defined in the bill, provided that such memorandum of understanding meets certain enumerated requirements. The bill contains a reenactment clause. (Less)
