Establishes the Precision Plastic Manufacturing Grant Fund to provide up to $56 million in grants between July 1, 2027, and July 1, 2035, to a qualified company that engages in the manufacture and distribution of precision plastic products in an eligible county and that between June 1, 2022, and December ... (More) 31, 2035, is expected to make a capital investment of at least $1 billion and create at least 1,761 new full-time jobs related to or supportive of its business.
