Summary
As Passed House of Origin. Alcoholic beverage control; possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages at school-sponsored activities; penalty.
Prohibits persons from possessing or drinking alcoholic beverages while attending a public elementary or secondary school-sponsored activity hosted at a non-school facility. A violation of the provisions of the bill is a Class 2 misdemeanor.-
