Summary
As Introduced. Alcoholic beverage control; residency requirement for licensure.
Eliminates the provision that allows the Board of Directors of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority to refuse to grant a retail license to any person who has not resided in the Commonwealth for at least one year immediately preceding application therefor.-
