Requires a locality that adopts an ordinance to prohibit the running at large of all or any category of dogs to exempt dogs used for hunting and requires such locality to include in such ordinance a civil penalty in an amount established by the locality not to exceed $100 per ... (More) dog for the owner or custodian of any dog found running at large in a pack. The bill requires that such civil penalties be deposited by the local treasurer in the dog and cat license fund, which is used to support animal control. (Less)-
