Summary
As Introduced. Constitutional amendment (first resolution); real property tax; exemption for surviving spouse of a soldier who died in a combat zone.
Provides that the real property tax exemption for the principal residence of the surviving spouse of a member of the armed forces killed in action also applies if the member died in a combat zone but was not killed in action.-
